A system that is complementary to HR Management. It serves the Company’s leased properties including exhibitions, offices and personnel accommodation. The system serves also monitoring and controlling the movement of vehicles owned or leased to the Company from/to employees, knowing the expenses, and following up the expiry dates of licenses and operational cards (trucks) and their insurance, with the availability of notifications to know all information.
The Advantages:
- Follow up the Company’s leased properties including offices, exhibitions and personnel accommodation, follow up their expiry dates, and know due installments and their due dates, with the availability of notifications.
- It is integrated with the Fixed Assets System to monitor vehicles whether possessed or not, know their expenses including fuels, covers and alike, monitor license dates and operational cards of large vehicles, besides the insurance with the availability of notifications.
- Follow up all official documents of the Company, with the notification prior to the expiry dates thereof.
- Accurately follow up the movement of in-kind custodies from/to employees, and automatically link the same with HR System, to know the custodies delivered to employees, when availing their leaves.
- Easily get a large number of detailed and gross reports, to give an accurate reflection of the work at any moment.
